Nepali Congress Kailali secretary injured in motorcycle accident

Dhangadhi: Nepali Congress Kailali Secretary Nrip Sunar was injured in a motorcycle accident in Dhangadhi, Kailali.

According to District Police Office Kailali spokesperson Kabindra Bohara, Sunar was struck by a motorcycle (No. Sudurpaschim Province 01012 Pa 3936) driven by Sandesh Rai of Santoshi Tole, Dhangadhi-2, while crossing the road.

Sunar sustained a fractured right hand and serious injuries to his head and other hand. He is currently undergoing treatment at Nisargadhi Hospital, Dhangadhi.

The police have taken the motorcycle and its driver into custody for further investigation.
