Foreign Minister Rana to inaugurate cable car project in chisapani

Dhangadhi: Foreign Minister and Nepali Congress leader Arju Rana Deuba is set to lay the foundation stone for the cable car project in Chisapani, Kailali, today.

The foundation stone laying ceremony, scheduled to begin at 11 a.m., marks the commencement of the cable car project, which is being developed with an investment of approximately Rs 7 billion.

The project is being financed by the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, IME Group President Chandra Prasad Dhakal, and former Kailali President Surya Bahadur Thapa. The cable car is expected to be completed within one year.

Minister Deuba arrived in Sudurpaschim yesterday for the foundation stone ceremony and is also expected to participate in other programs during her visit.
